The single biggest cause of delays in spare parts is ordering the wrong item. The good news: identifying the correct part is usually quick if you use one of these three methods.
1. By part number (most accurate)
The part number is stamped, engraved or printed on almost every component or its housing. It is the most reliable way to order because it removes all guesswork. Clean off dirt and grease so the number is fully readable, then send it to us exactly as written.
2. By machine model and serial number
If the old part has no readable number, we can look it up from your machine. Provide the brand, model and chassis/serial number, and the position of the part (for example "front-left brake caliper"). This lets us search the correct parts catalogue.
3. By photo
Sometimes a clear picture is worth more than words. Photograph the part against a plain background, include something for scale (a tape measure or your hand), and capture any markings. Send it on WhatsApp and our team can often identify it on sight.
